Crittenton Center in Sioux City, IA received their new Variety Van! This van will be used to transport the youth they help to and from school, appointments, and therapeutic outings. Crittenton Center is a multi-service organization that helps children of all ages, providing childcare and preschool programs, life skills trainings, and family support services.
Crittenton Center will provides on and off-site opportunities to address social, recreational, and leisure opportunities for the children they serve. These opportunities are designed to introduce children to new recreation/leisure events, practice social skills with peers, and continue to participate in activities and events of interest. Staff work with each child to identify current areas of interest as well as encourage the child to explore and try new areas of interest.
